The Bachpad team is on hand to prepare your documents, ready for you to lodge with the council for processing (usually 4-6 weeks). While that’s all underway, the fun can begin. You’ll meet with the Bachpad team so we can start planning your Bachpad. Next, you’ll need to apply for Building Consent. We’ll give you a hand with the documents again and once lodged with the council, this should take around 4-6 weeks to process. Because of Bachpad’s standardised design, it’s usually just the foundation and site-works that require site-specific processing, so this will save you time and speed up the process.
